Overview

ResumeReady provides AI-powered resume tailoring tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is not allowed.

Credits and payments

  • New accounts receive 3 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe.
  • Each credit generates one set of AI-powered resume suggestions and a tailored PDF.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire.
  • All prices are in USD. Stripe handles payment processing – we never store your card details.

Your content

  • You own everything you upload (resumes, job URLs). We don’t claim ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service (generating suggestions and PDFs).
  • We do not use your resume content for AI model training.
  • You’re responsible for ensuring your resume content is accurate and truthful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its API.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
  • Upload malicious files or content that could harm the service.

AI-generated content

Resume suggestions and tailored PDFs are generated using AI. While we strive for high-quality output:

  • AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees of job placement.
  • You should review all generated content before submitting it to employers.
  • We’re not responsible for hiring outcomes or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Service availability

We aim to keep ResumeReady available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Purchased credits remain valid through any service changes.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

ResumeReady is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
